COAL GROVE – Samuel Ellis, infant was born July 27, 2009, and passed away July 27, 2009, and his twin brother David Ellis, was born July 28, 2009, and passed away July 28, 2009. Both twins passed away at the Central Baptist Hospital in Lexington, Ky.
The twins are survived by their parents: Bob and Carrie Carpenter Ellis of Coal Grove; maternal grandparents: Dee and Pearl Carpenter of Coal Grove; paternal grandparents: Lane and Shirley Ellis of Deering and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Graveside services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday, August 4, 2009 at Woodland Cemetery with Rev. Roger Pierce officiating. There will be no visitation. Phillips Funeral Home, 1004 South Seventh Street, Ironton, OH 45638, is in charge of the arrangements.
