OLIVE HILL, Ky. — Burl Wilburn, 76, of Olive Hill, died Tuesday, Aug. 18, 2009, in the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington. He was the husband of Dessie Waugh Wilburn, who survives. Funeral will be 11 a.m. Friday at the Sparks Funeral Home in Grayson with Gayle Price officiating. Burial will follow in the Pleasant Valley Cemetery in Olive Hill. Visitation will be 6-9 p.m. Thursday and after 9 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
