WILLOW WOOD — Kim Frederick Sharp, 39, of Willow Wood, died Tuesday, Aug. 25, 2009, in Gallia County.
The Ironton native was born June 1, 1970, the son of Carl Sharp of Willow Wood and Pat Keaton of Pedro.
He was a graduate of Symmes Valley High School and a grinder for the Pipeliners Union 798. He was also a mechanic for many years at the Arabia Pit Stop. He was of the Baptist faith.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Carlos Sharp and his grandparents, Ovie and Edna Keaton and Burl and Jean Sharp.
In addition to his parents, he is also survived by a sister and brother-in-law, Amy and Keith Grubb of Wurtland, Ky.; a companion, Melissa Weaver of Waterloo; two sons, Dylan Weaver and Austin Weaver both of Waterloo; two daughters, Emily Weaver and Gracie Weaver both of Waterloo.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Phillips Funeral Home with the Revs. Kenny Giles and Willard Blankenship officiating. Burial will follow in Lawrence Furnace Cemetery.
