RAVENSWOOD, W.Va. — Thelma Margaret Brace Greene Snyder, 81, of Ravenswood, formerly of Lawrence County, Ohio, died Friday, Sept. 4, 2009, at Marietta Memorial Hospital in Marietta, Ohio.
She was born Nov. 11, 1927 in Lawrence County, a daughter of the late Charles and Thelma Kash Brace. She was a homemaker and a member of First United Methodist Church in Ravenswood.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, John Brace Greene in 1973; her first husband, John W. Greene in 1984 and her second husband, Max H. Snyder.
She is survived by a niece, Crystal Dillon of Ohio and two nephews, G.L. Brace III of Ohio and Pete Greene of Virginia.
Funeral will be 3 p.m. Wednesday at Roush Funeral Home with the Rev. Karin Maxson officiating. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery in Ironton, Ohio following a graveside service at 1 p.m. Thursday.
