FLATWOODS, Ky. — Rita Gay Sparks Quesenberry, 68, of Flatwoods, died Monday, Sept. 7, 2009, at her home. She was the wife of Navie Quesenberry, who survives. A memorial service will be 8 p.m. today at Grace Baptist Church with the Revs. Marvin Boggs and Bill Dillon.
