ASHLAND, Ky. — Anthony Todd Sanford, 42, of Ashland, formerly of Portsmouth, died Wednesday, Sept. 30, 2009, at King’s Daughters Medical Center.
He was born Oct. 13, 1966, a son of Mary Mathis Sanford of Wheelersburg and the late Charles Sanford.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Mycha Sanford, and a brother, Jeffrey Charles Riley.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by two sons, Dustin Sanford and his fiancée, Megan of Ashland, and Josh Sanford and his fiancée, Nicole, of Paris, Ohio; two brothers, Charles Sanford Jr. of Portsmouth and Dwayne Riley of Mansfield; two sisters, Mary Mollett and her fiancé, Timothy Mathews of McDermott, and Brenda Blevins and her husband, Junior of Vanceburg; and four grandchildren.
Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Brown Funeral Chapel with Pastor Tim Throckmorton officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Park, Wheelersburg. Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to the Plymouth Heights Church of the Nazarene.
