FLATWOODS, Ky. — Robert Lowe, 65, of Flatwoods, died Tuesday, Sept. 29, 2009, at Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital. Funeral will be at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Wright’s Funeral Home.
