Assault — County Road 1, South Point Monday, man reportedly shoved in family dispute, suspect named.

Criminal trespass, possession of drugs — South Point Early Childhood Center, County Road 1 Sunday, man reportedly trespassing on private property, fled on foot on deputy’s arrival, apprehended, search of suspect found baggies with white powder, green leafy substance, Larry K. Dailey, 42, Huntington, W.Va., arrested and taken to jail.

Domestic — Union Township Saturday, woman reportedly shoved, suspect named.

Vandalism — Rome Township Sunday, sheriff’s office substation damaged, window broken.
