U.S. 52 reduced to one lane in Scioto

CHILLICOTHE — A portion of westbound U.S. Route 52 in Scioto County will be reduced to one lane during the evening and overnight hours for crews to complete a pavement repair project.

U.S. 52 is reduced to one lane in the westbound direction just west of the Scioto-Lawrence County line as crews from the Scioto County Highway Maintenance Facility are milling and paving a 300-foot section of the highway near the 39.5-mile marker.

Through today westbound traffic will be maintained in one lane while crews work to restore the route. Eastbound traffic, however, should not be affected by this project.

Operations are anticipated to be completed by the end of the business day Thursday.
