Ironton police

Domestic — 2500 block South Sixth Street Sunday, woman reportedly out of control, Teresa McKenzie, 41, 2548 S. Sixth St., arrested and taken to jail

Domestic — 300 block Ashtabula Street Sunday, one person left prior to officers’ arrival.

Trouble — Lawrence Street Sunday, rowdy teens making noise, advised.

Sheriff’s office

Theft — Walmart Supercenter, Burlington Friday, $775.90 in items taken without payment, Colleen Cooper, 53, and Carol McPherson, 56, both of Huntington, W.Va., apprehended, both arrested and taken to jail, reportedly told authorities they were taking items for grandchildren for Christmas, list of items included tablecoths, Barbies, baby wash, shower gel, glue boards, glow domes and Lysol.

Theft — Walmart Supercenter, Burlington Saturday, $567.63 in items taken, Jennifer Payne, 33, Huntington, W.Va., arrested and taken to jail, list of items reportedly included more than 20 Red Bull drinks, more than 10 Monster drinks, clothing and cornbread stuffing.

Domestic — Perry Township Saturday, William Hilgenberg, 31, and Brittany Hilgenberg, 26, both of 574 Township Road 253E, Ironton, arrested and taken to jail.

Domestic — Union Township Saturday, woman reportedly threatened, Joshua Fuller, 31, 1551 County Road 104, Chesapeake, arrested and taken to jail.

Aggravated menacing —State Route 7, Proctorville, woman reportedly threatened by 14-year-old neighbor, 14-year-old then reportedly threatened by man with gun, Philip Webb, 29, 14440, State Route 7, Proctorville, arrested and taken to jail.

Domestic — State Route 7, Proctorville Friday, 14-year-old boy reportedly out of control, man choked, child taken to group home. Domestic — Waterloo Saturday, man reportedly out of control, Robert Morrow, 51, 1355 Township Road 320, Waterloo, arrested and taken to jail.

— Kellie J. Napier, 40, Huntington, W.Va., on charge of petty theft Sunday by the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office.

— Shauna Bocook, 31, Huntington, W.Va., on charge of petty theft Sunday by the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office.

— Brian T. Strange, 26, 902 Gary Malone St., South Point, on outstanding warrant Saturday by the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office.

— Lyle E. Lycans, 39, 1172 County Road 70, Proctorville, commitment Saturday by the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office.

— Milford E. Adkins Jr., 30, Ashland, Ky., on outstanding warrant Sunday by the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

— John E. Ackison, 44, 1521 S. 11th St., Ironton, on outstanding warrant Sunday by the Coal Grove Police Department.
