BARBOURSVILLE, W.Va. — James Harvey Turley, 68, of Barboursville, W.Va. died on Thursday, Nov. 26, 2009 at St. Mary’s Medical Center.
Funeral services will be conducted on Sunday, Nov. 29, 2009 at 1 p.m. at Hall Funeral Home, Proctorville by David Cardwell, pastor and friend. Burial will follow in Rome Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12-1 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
