It is with the utmost appreciation that I thank David Lynd and Dan Palmer for the residents of Proctorville.

First, David Lynd and the Lawrence County Engineer Department for letting Proctorville partner up with them on State Issue I money to get our streets paved. There’s no way we could have done it on our own.

Second, Dan Palmer for giving us financial support for our May Clean-up. Also, he has always been supportive of us in any way we’ve asked him.

Again, thanks to these two men and their departments for making Lawrence County at better place to live.
