WORTHINGTON, Ky. — Gladys Irene Lacks, 83, of Worthington, died Monday, Dec. 14,2009 at the Community Hospice Care Center. Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Carman Funeral Home, Flatwoods. Burial will follow in Bellefonte Memorial Gardens. Visitation is 6-9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
