ASHLAND, Ky. — David Collins, 52, of Ashland, died Wednesday, Jan. 6, 2010, at Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland, Ky. Funeral will be 1 p.m. Sunday at Evans Funeral Home. Burial will be in Kirby Flats Cemetery. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
