SOUTH POINT — Tony Ray Webb, 54, of South Point, died Tuesday, Jan. 12, 2010, at King’s Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, Ky. Private services will be at a later date at the convenience of the family. Tracy Brammer Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
