Sports world remains full of cheating double standards

I just wonder what is wrong with the so-called rules and regulations of sports now days.

We have a pro golfer that got busted for having a different woman in every town he was in and he is voted golfer of the year.

We have Mark McGwire, a pro baseball player, that has admitted he cheated with enhancing drugs to break all kinds of records. He will no doubt end up in the MLB Hall of Fame.

And then we have Pete Rose, probably one of the most dedicated players to ever put on a uniform.

Rose had kids look up to him for years. Everyone wanted to grow up to be like Pete Rose. They wanted to be able to dive into home plate like Pete Rose. But because he placed some bets on baseball games he has been banned from the hall of fame.

There is something very wrong with this system.
