KITTS HILL — Mr. Donald Willis, 72, of Kitts Hill, passed away Saturday, Feb. 6, 2010, at Cabell Huntington Hospital.
He was born Nov. 21, 1937, in Lawrence County, the son of the late Otto and Leona Clay Willis. He was retired from the U.S. Air Force, he worked for Enterprise Dental Lab and was also the former owner. He was employed by Bite Rite and he was a member of the S&P Lodge 497 F&AM.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a sister, Shirley Spriggs and one brother Meredith Willis.
He is survived by his wife Nina Willis, two daughters, Lisa Joseph and Juanita (Merrill) Harper; five grandchildren, Taylor (Chris) Steele, Richard Devin Joseph, Ashley Renee Harper, Justin Keith Harper and Jacob Lee Harper; two great-grandchildren, Autumn Steele and Noah Dean Salmons; one sister, Helen Turner and four brothers, Harlan Willis, Kenneth Willis, Larry Willis and Gary Willis.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Thursday at the Tracy Brammer Funeral Home with Wayne Wise officiating. Interment will follow in Ice Creek Cemetery, Deering. Friends may call 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral. Masonic Rites will be at 7:00 p.m.
