Marta Smith, 71 of Ironton died Sunday, Feb. 21, 2010, at Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital.
She was born June 24 1938, the daughter of the late Roy E. and Viola Justice.
She was a 1956 Ironton High School graduate and previously worked at Ohio Power Co.
She is survived by her husband, Robert R. Smith; one son and daughter-in-law, Chris and Tracy Smith; one daughter and son-in-law, Sheila and Ed Pennisten; and six grandchildren, Lexi and Drew Smith, Kasey and Kelly Barnett and Donald and Michael Pennisten.
Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at O’Keefe Baker Funeral Home with Father David Huffman officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery in Coal Grove. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until time of the funeral Thursday at the funeral home.
