ASHLAND, Ky. — Infant Seth Poplin-Meade, of Ashland, was stillborn Saturday, March 6, 2010, at King’s Daughters Medical Center. He was the son of Jeremy Meade and Katrina Poplin, who survive. Arrangements are pending at Preston Family Funeral Home.
