FRANKLIN, Ind. — Elinor Doepping Norris, of Franklin, formerly of Proctorville, Ohio, died Thursday, March 11, 2010. Celebration of life service will be 6:30 p.m. Monday at First Presbyterian Church in Franklin, Ind., with the Rev. Peter Jessen officiating. Burial will follow in Rome Cemetery, Proctorville. Arrangements are under the direction of Hall Funeral Home, Proctorville.
