PROCTORVILLE — Jimmie Dale Mayo, 75, of Proctorville, died Friday, March 19, 2010, at home. He was the husband of Lizabethe “Libby” Stephens Mayor. Funeral will be at 2 p.m. today at Hall Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery, Huntington, W.Va.
