PROCTORVILLE — John P. Simpson, 66, of Proctorville, died Sunday, March 21, 2010, at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Huntington, W.Va. Funeral will be 11 a.m. Friday at New Hope United Methodist Church. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Hall Funeral Home.
