FLATWOODS, Ky. — Cecelia Justice Tackett, 70, of Flatwoods, died Saturday, March 27, 2010, at Oakmont Manor, Flatwoods. Graveside service will be 12:30 p.m. Tuesday at Bellefonte Memorial Gardens. There will be no visitation. Carman Funeral Home, Flatwoods, is in charge of arrangements.
