ASHLAND, Ky. — Talmadge “Sparky” Sparks, 80, of Ashland, died Saturday, March 27, 2010, at his home. He was the husband of Laura R. Clark Sparks, who survives. Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Evans Funeral Home, Raceland, Ky., by the Rev. Wayne Smith. Entombment will be in the Ashland Cemetery Mausoleum. Visitation is 11 a.m. until service time Tuesday at the funeral home.
