She was 6-of-11 from the field and made both free throw attempts.

“It makes me proud to know that I was a big part of the Lady Tigers’ Final Four team,” said Elswick who was humbled by the honor.

“I feel very fortunate to be named along with that kind of talent and to be representing this town leaves me speechless. I couldn’t have done it without my teammates and my coaches.”

Elswick was joined on the all-tournament team by Caite Craft and Amanda Hyde of state champion Liberty-Benton, Madision’s Ally Malott and Smithville’s Jenna Pew.

Craft was named the tournament’s most outstanding player.
