FRANKLIN FURNACE — Barbara Sue Mollett, 49, of Franklin Furnace, died Friday, March 26, 2010, at SOMC in Portsmouth.
The Lawrence County native was born Nov. 20, 1960, the daughter of the late Thurman and Ruth McKenzie Stapleton. She was also preceded in death by her husband, William Dewayne Mollett, who died August 2001.
Barbara attended Green High School and was a homemaker.
She is survived by two daughters, Becky Mollett of Hanging Rock and Aimee Porter of Franklin Furnace; a son, Dewayne Mollett, Jr. of Franklin Furnace; two brothers and a sister-in-law, Larry Stapleton and Tim and Kerry Stapleton, all of Franklin Furnace; and five grandchildren.
