KILMARNOCK, Va. — Lucille Milligan Kellum, 91, of Kilmarnock, died Friday, March 26, 2010, at her home. Graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Bellefonte Memorial Gardens. Burial will be in Bellefonte Memorial Gardens. Visitation is 2-4 p.m. Thursday at Carman Funeral Home, Flatwoods, Ky.
