PROCTORVILLE — Peggy L. Hughes, 62, of Proctorville, died Thursday, April 8, 2010, at her residence. She was the wife of Clifford “Skip” Hughes, who survives. Funeral will be 1 p.m. Monday at Hall Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
