PROCTORVILLE — Joe Fuller, 82, of Proctorville, died Monday, April 12, 2010, at St. Mary’s Medical Center. He was the husband of Norma Jones Fuller, who survives. Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Hall Funeral Home. Burial will be in Miller Memorial Gardens. Visitation is 6-8 p.m. Thursday.
