Ironton police

Suspicious person — 1800 block South Second Street Saturday, man reportedly trying to get into garage, suspect located and advised.

Burglary— 700 block South Fourth Street Saturday, items taken from residence.

Theft— Moulton Field Saturday, items taken from vehicle.

Shoplifter — Bartram’s grocery store, 2400 block South Sixth Street Saturday, juvenile detained, parents notified.

Domestic — 100 block North Seventh Street Saturday, Larry L. McClellan, 50, 111 N. Seventh St., Ironton, arrested and taken to jail.

Complaint — Boomers, South Third Street Sunday, advised to turn music down and keep motorcycles off sidewalk.

Unruly juvenile — 1500 block South Fourth Street Sunday, 7-year-old boy refusing to come home, parents seeking advice, advised.

Fight — Center Street, no specific location given Sunday, two women reportedly fighting, both issued citations.

Accident — Ninth and Jefferson streets Sunday, one person reportedly trying to leave scene, taken to police station.

— Joshua Coakley, 22, 790 County Road 15, South Point, disorderly conduct Saturday by the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office.

—Randall L. Hubert, 29, 806 Washington St., Ironton, capias Saturday by the Ironton Police Department.

—Kaye F. Ross, 47, Huntington, W.Va., commitment Sunday by the Lawrence County Common Pleas Courts.
