PROCTORVILLE — Getting zeroed in helped the Fairland Lady Dragons get in the zone.

Fairland got its timing down and rolled past the Huntington (W.Va.) St. Joseph Lady Fighting Irish 11-1 Tuesday.

“It took us a little while, but we finally zeroed in on their pitching,” said Fairland coach Joe Auxier. “When we got our timing down, our hitting took off.”
