Lady Dragons roll past South Gallia

CROWN CITY — The number 13 was lucky for the Fairland Lady Dragons, but a black cat for the South Gallia Lady Rebels.

Fairlands exploded for 13 runs in the second inning and went on to rout the Lady Rebels 17-2 in five innings Thursday.

“We hit the ball really well again,” said Fairland coach Joe Auxier.

Sashe Burcham gave up just four hits to get the win for Fairland. She struck out eight and did not issue a walk.
