An Ironton man accused of burglary and several people charged with theft were among those making appearances Wednesday in Lawrence County Common Pleas Court.

John W. Bays, 35, of 404 1/2 S. Fourth St., pleaded guilty to one count of burglary. Judge Charles Cooper sentenced him to four years in prison.

Ronda Littlejohn, 38, of 501 Pike St., Coal Grove, was arraigned on charges of tampering with evidence and obstructing official business.

She pleaded not guilty through her attorney, Derick Fisher.

Judge D. Scott Bowling set a $20,000 own recognizance (OR) bond and ordered Littlejohn to return to court May 26 for a pretrial conference.

Michael Reynolds, 31, of 47 Private Drive 1755, Proctorville, was arraigned on five counts of theft and seven counts of criminal trespass. He pleaded not guilty through his attorney, Philip Heald.

Bowling allowed a bond set in a lower court to continue and added a $20,000 OR bond. He must return to court June 2 for a pretrial conference.

Reynolds’ alleged accomplice, Krystle Breck, 22, of Huntington, W.Va., was arraigned on four counts of theft.

She pleaded not guilty through her attorney, Warren Morford. Bowling set a $20,000 OR bond and scheduled a June 2 pretrial conference.

Loretta Edwards Burke, 47, 56 Township Road 141, Ironton, was arraigned on one count of theft.

She pleaded not guilty through her attorney, Mike Gleichauf.

Bowling allowed a bond posted in a lower court to continue and added a $20,000 OR bond.

Burke must return to court June 2 for a pretrial conference.
