CHESAPEAKE — Joseph Edward Brown, 90, of Chesapeake, died Saturday, May 15, 2010, at Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland, Ky. Funeral will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Hall Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Union Hill Cemetery with military graveside rites conducted by VFW 6878. Visitation is 1-2 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
