Three people accused of stealing from the disabled were arraigned last week in Lawrence County Common Pleas Court.

Glenda M. Roller, 52, of 1515 S. Fourth St., Ironton, was arraigned on one count of theft from a disabled person. She pleaded not guilty through attorney Philip Heald who was standing in for Chris Delawder.

Johnnie L. Bryant, 69, 1515 S. Fourth St., Ironton, was arraigned on one count of theft from a disabled person.

His alleged victim is the same one named in Roller’s case. He also pleaded not guilty through his attorney, Mike Gleichauf.

Linda Neace, 37, of Greenup, Ky., was arraigned on two counts of theft from the disabled.

Each count involves a different alleged victim.

She shares a victim with Roller and Bryant. Neace pleaded not guilty through her attorney, Mike Davenport.

Cooper set a $25,000 own recognizance (OR) bond for Roller and Bryant and a $50,000 OR bond for Neace.

He also ordered the three to stay away from the alleged victims. All three must return to court June 2 for a pretrial conference.

Jennifer Murray, 30, of 1823 S. Sixth St., Ironton, was arraigned on one count of theft.

She pleaded not guilty through her attorney, Mike Gleichauf. Judge D. Scott Bowling allowed a bond posted in a lower court to continue but added a $30,000 OR bond and scheduled a June 9 pretrial conference.

David Turvey, 18, 908 Township Road 111, Coal Grove was arraigned on one count of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs and one count of failure to comply with the order and signal of a police officer.

He pleaded not guilty through Gleichauf, who is also his attorney. Cooper set a $25,000 OR bond and ordered Turvey to return to court June 2 for a pretrial conference.
