PLANT CITY, Fla. — Nancy “Rosella” Mowery, 66, of Plant City, formerly of Raceland, Ky., died Saturday, May 22, 2010 at her home. Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Evans Funeral Home, Raceland, with the Rev. Charles W. Blevins officiating. Burial will be in Rude Cemetery. Visitation after 11 a.m. Friday.
