ASHLAND, Ky. — The Kentucky State Police in Ashland is seeking the public’s help locating a fugitive who is wanted for a sexual exploitation of a minor girl.

Zachary Riffe, 23, of Greenup, Ky., is wanted on charges of second-degree sexual abuse, a class-A misdemeanor.

According to information from the KSP, the incident occurred within the last year. Troopers are not releasing the exact relationship of the perpetrator to the victim at this time.

Riffe has reportedly been observed in the Whetstone Road and Crane Creek area of Greenup County.
