ASHLAND, Ky. — Allan Ray Rigsby, 60, of Ashland, died Sunday, June 13, 2010, at King’s Daughters Medical Center. He was the husband of Georgia Leah Hoffman Rigsby, who survives. Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Steen Funeral Home Central Avenue Chapel with the Rev. Mike Rice officiating. Burial will be in Golden Oaks Memorial Gardens.
