Beaulah M. “Boots” Comer, 58, of Ironton, died Thursday, June 17, 2010, at Cabell-Huntington Hospital in Huntington, W.Va.
The Lawrence County native was born March 29, 1952, the daughter of Jack C. and Betty L. Hardy Comer of Ironton.
She was a 1970 graduate of Dawson-Bryant High School and the Ironton Beauty College. She was a member of Campbell Chapel Freewill Baptist Church and lived all her life in Lawrence County.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Jack Comer Jr., and an aunt, Edna Mae Comer.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by a brother and sister-in-law, John T. and Carolyn Comer of Reedsville, Wisc.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Phillips Funeral Home with the Revs. Bob Bradley and Don Comer officiating. Burial will follow in Bellefonte Memorial Gardens.
