PEDRO — William “Earnie” Moore, 41, of Pedro, died Wednesday, June 30, 2010, at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Huntington, W. Va.
The Columbus native was born Aug.1, 1968, the son of America Akers Moore and the late Jack Marshall Moore, Sr.
Earnie was a former student at Rock Hill High School.
In addition to his father, he was also preceded in death by his grandmother, Helen Akers; and an aunt, Patricia Smythe.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his fiancee’, Linda Cade of Pedro; two daughters, Stephanie Moore and Ashley Moore, both of Pedro; a sister, Marie Moore of Pedro; four brothers and sisters-in-law, Jackie and Peggy Moore, Allen and Caroline Moore, and Andy and Lisa Moore, all of Pedro, and Ronnie and Dessie Moore of Oak Hill; his grandmother, Sadie Moore of Pataskala; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Saturday at Phillips Funeral Home, with the Rev. Jesse Sizemore officiating. Burial will follow in Buckhorn Cemetery. Friends may call Saturday from 1 until 3 p.m. at the funeral home. To offer condolences to the family, please visit www.phillipsfuneralhome.net.
