— Gregory A. Sarabia, 19, of 410 Linden Avenue South Point, menacing Tuesday by the South Point Police Department.

— Daniel Coyne, 20, of 2118 Goodwill Road Kenova, W.Va, failure to appear Tuesday by the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office.

— Tracy Berry, 31, of 21 Township Road 151 Chesapeake, holder Tuesday by federal marshals.

— Bonnie Seagraves, 43, of4481 Brushy Road Greenup Ky. theft Tuesday by the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office.

— Kathrenn Blackburn, 45, of 1173 County Road 1 lot 15 South Point, operating a vehicle while intoxicated Tuesday by the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office.

— Lee Woodlee, 37, of 202 Park Avenue Apartment 507 Ironton, capias Tuesday by the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office.

— Sandra Compston, 27, 504 Lane Street Coal Grove, warrants and capias Wednesday by the Ohio State Police.

Sheriff’s Reports

Failure to control – 1100 block of County Road 1 South Point, woman reportedly knocked over 30 mailboxes in Winter Rose Trailer Court, then pounded on the cage of a police dog and yelled at it. Kathren Blackburn, 45, of 1173 County Road 1 lot 15 South Point, arrested for harassing a police dog and taken to jail. She was also cited for failure to control a vehicle and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.

Domestic violence – 100 Block of Private Road 54 Proctorville Wednesday, man reportedly threw money at woman, shoved her down, threatened to beat her in the face, suspect named.

Theft – Park Avenue Ironton Tuesday, woman reportedly put phone in stepmother’s name and made a Direct TV purchase in her name as well, suspect named.

Theft – 500 block of County Road 105, Kitts Hill, woman reported her wedding rings, watch and earrings were stolen, suspect named.

Psychiatric Patient – 600 block of South Seventh Street Tuesday, patient with knife threatening to harm self, squad has subject.

Trouble — Adams Street between Sixth and Seventh Street Wednesday, caller advised people were fighting, everyone was gone prior to police arrival.

Suspicious subjects – Area of Bartram’s Wednesday- three juvenile males walking on parking lot carrying bags, negative contact will keep check in the area.

Vandalism — 400 block of Etna Street Wednesday, car window busted.

Suspicious subject — Area of Ironton Physical Therapy Wednesday, man on cell phone looking in car windows, left and headed toward Monroe Street. Caller advised to call back if the man returned.

Vandalism — 1100 block of South Eighth Street Wednesday, car window busted.
