Ashleigh Watson, 27, of 615 10th Ave., Huntington, driving under the influence, tampering with evidence and possession of drugs Friday by Ohio State Highway Patrol.

Richard J. Farris, 26, of 743 1/2 Washington Ave., Huntington W.Va., probation violation Thursday by the adult probation office.

Timothy E. Allen, 18, of 318 Monroe St., Apartment 5, Ironton, disorderly conduct Thursday by the Ironton Police Department.

Ryan C. Albright, 18, of 998 Township Road 199, Pedro, domestic violence Wednesday by the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office.

Elvis E. Adkins, 22, of 518 Marion Pike, Apt. 5, Coal Grove, Wednesday probation violation Wednesday by the Ironton Municipal Court.

Gene C. Reffitt, 20, of 1527 1/2 S. Fourth St., Ironton, warrants for arrest Wednesday by the South Point Police Department.

Alfred Moore, 33, of 110 McCoy Drive Raceland, taking the identity of another, warrants for arrest, driving under suspicion by the Ohio State Patrol.

Burglary — 100 block of Private Drive 1377 South Point reported Wednesday, house broken into, four guns, television, cordless drill, 50 DVDs and a jar of change taken.

Theft – 800 block of Township Road 102 Ironton Wednesday Aug. 11, man reported his shotgun missing.

Burglary – 400 block of Private Drive 688 Kitts Hill, Friday Aug. 13, woman advises that between July 28 and Aug. 13 a flat screen television, a Wii with games, jewelry and several other items were taken from home. No suspects at this time.

Burglary – 600 block of Township Road 2515 South Point, Wednesday, digital camera, five credit cards, big screen television, jewelry, Nintendo, shotgun and other items stolen from residence. No suspects.

Assault – Private Drive 350 South Point Thursday, woman advises that she and her son were driving when they were followed by two people on motorcycles. At a stop sign, one of the motorcycle drivers tried to pull in front of her and block them in. When they reached an apartment, the men made threats against the woman’s son. One man began walking toward her son but stopped when the son shoved him down and the woman yelled at him.

Petty theft – an apartment in South Point Friday, woman advises her prescription drugs were being kept at neighbor’s house. Suspect named.

Domestic violence, menacing by stalking – 200 block of Township Road 1186, South Point Thursday, woman reportedly told man to leave and he refused. She left and went to an apartment and he pushed door in. Then she went back to her residence and the man pushed her daughter out of a bedroom. He then locked the woman in a bedroom and pushed her across the bed. Suspect left prior to deputy arrival. Suspect named.

Vandalism – 200 block of Township Road 1063, South Point Thursday, two vehicles vandalized. One vehicle had a window busted and another vehicle was scratched.

Petty theft – 300 Block of Private Drive 288 South Point, Saturday Aug. 14, man reportedly took Tide, large case of paper towels and unknown merchandise from Walmart without paying. Three men observed in parking lot throwing merchandise into the hatch of a vehicle.

lIronton Police Department

Trouble – 600 block of Cliff Street Wednesday, caller reported neighbors are fighting. No charges reported.

Trouble – area of Fuzzy Duck – man with no shirt causing trouble on the deck. Officers requested. Subject left prior to arrival.

Escape – Third Street Wednesday, man reportedly escaped from group home and was walking up Third Street. Dispatcher called group home to confirm that a man did escape from home and if officers see him to pick him up.

Phone scam – 2800 Block of South Sixth Street- caller advised someone keeps calling saying they represent Publishers Clearing House and they’ve won money but have to pay the taxes up front.

Dog complaint – unknown location Wednesday – woman reportedly attacked by a pack of dogs. Two dogs taken to pound.

Possible drunk driver – South Third Street by Quincy Friday, caller following a blue truck with camper shell that appeared to have a drunk driver. Unable to locate vehicle.

Possible drunk driver – no location given Friday – subject appears to be intoxicated or under the influence of something. Parked on sidewalk. Driver not drunk, just elderly.

Attempted breaking and entering – 1100 block of South Eighth Street Friday, caller reported someone tried to break into bathroom while his daughter in there. Info filed for report.

The Ironton Police Department made the following arrests Aug. 12:

Kyle L. Bernhardt, 9815 Allegheny Drive, Cincinnati, possession of drug paraphernalia.

Carl D. Smith, 2009 S. Seventh St., Ironton, possession of drugs, and illegal cultivation of marijuana.
