County Jail

— Kerrie R. Boggs, 43, no address of South Point, drug possession Friday by the drug task force.

— Michael Collins, 43, of 103 Nash St., Ironton, driving under the influence, fictitious registration Friday by the Coal Grove Police Department.

— William M. Nickels, 32, of 94 C St. Lousia, Ky., drug possession Friday by the drug task force.

— Rebekah A. Greer, 29, of 21312 Thomas St., Ashland, Ky., drug possession Friday by the drug task force.

— Alfred C. Collins, 50, of 45 Fordson Ave, Labelle Fla., drug trafficking Friday by the drug task force.

Sheriff’s Reports

Theft — 1800 block of County Rd. 57, South Point Friday– dune buggy stolen.

Theft – State Rt. 775, Scottown Aug. 13, money taken from checking account. Suspect named.

Petty theft — Walmart Way, South Point Aug. 27, woman laid her billfold down at Walmart and it was stolen.

Petty theft – Private Drive. 7302, Ironton, Aug. 18, money taken from house. Suspect named.

Violation of protection of order — Private Dr. 1669, Ironton, Aug. 18, woman reported that her mother, whom she has a protection order against, came to her residence while she was washing her vehicle and yelled at her.

Theft — 12300 block of County Rd. 114, Waterloo, reported Aug. 3, woman reports that she paid in full for a mobile trailer in June 2008. The seller told her she would receive the title but she has not yet. Suspect named.

Theft — 7600 block of County Rd. 6, Kitts Hill Thursday, woman reported that her boyfriend took her vehicle to work and she wants to report it stolen. Then received a call that the vehicle was parked at Lowe’s in South Point. No charges filed.

Petty Theft — Taco Bell, South Point, Aug. 28, $140 missing from cash drawer. Suspect named.

Larceny — Township 1436 South Point, reported Aug. 24, woman reports that several items were missing in July 2005 when she moved to the area using a moving company.

Larceny — State Route 243 Ironton, driver drove off from gas station without paying for $31 of gas.

Larceny — County Road 103, Ironton Aug. 24, items taken from and around barn.

Ironton Police

Trouble — Area of Boomer’s Saturday – group of people arguing loudly. Subjects say they were playing. No trouble.

Trouble — Center Street Landing Saturday – subjects removing boat from river allegedly threw beer can at bar patrons, unable to locate.

Domestic — 1100 block of South Seventh Street Saturday – man reportedly grabbed wife by the throat, threw her down.

Theft — 2100 block of South Fifth Street Saturday – three bikes stolen.

Vandalism — 2800 block of South Eighth Street Saturday, van was egged, carton found in street.
