PINE GROVE — The Ladies Nine Hole Golf Association of the Ironton Country Club met Tuesday morning with Kathy Fraley serving as the weekly hostess.

Fraley provided breakfast refreshments and placed the ladies on their teams for the day’s golfing events.

At the conclusion of the competition, Fraley announced the winners for the various events that included: Sharon Fox, Joyce Lewis, Pat Riggs, Fraley and Rose Auble with two event wins.

Auble was the hostess the previous week and she arranged the competition and announced the following winners: Johnna Jones, Cecilia Woods, Joyce Fields, Wanda Spears, Jamie Dyer and Kathy Fraley.

The Ringer Tournament continues its competition through the month of September.

This Tuesday the club will return its meeting time to 9:30 followed by golf at 10. Again, new members are welcome.
