Johnson will spend Wednesday in Scioto and Lawrence counties. The final event of the day is the town hall in Ironton where Johnson will field questions and listen to citizen’s concerns.

In July, Johnson challenged incumbent Democrat Charlie Wilson to a series of debates around the district. Because Wilson did not respond, Johnson went ahead and scheduled a series of four town hall events around the district.

“We need real leadership and I’m prepared to show the voters that I’ll listen now, and act when they send me to Washington,” Johnson said.

Bill Johnson is a retired Air Force Lieutenant Colonel who resides in Poland with his wife LeeAnn and son Nathan. He currently works in a senior management IT role with a public traded company headquartered in Northeast Ohio.
