ASHLAND, Ky. — Roy Frasher, 65, of Ashland, died Tuesday, Sept. 7, 2010, at the Community Hospice Care Center. He was the husband of Abbey Newman Frasher, who survives. Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Preston Family Funeral Home with Pastor Frank Hulett officiating. Burial will be in Cribbs Hill Cemetery with military honors by the VFW Post 8850. Visitation is 6-9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
