Burglary – 900 block of County Road 1, South Point Thursday, woman having trouble with garage door, thinks someone tried to break into house through garage.

Theft – Private Drive 170, Chesapeake Saturday, guns taken from residence. Suspect named.

Burglary – 2200 Block of State Route 243, Ironton, Sept. 1, television taken from residence.

Burglary — Township Road 616 South Point, Friday, house burglarized.

Petty theft- 100 block of Private Drive 145, Chesapeake, Sunday, chain saw missing.

Suspicious person – 2100 block of State Route 243, Ironton Friday, man knocked on door, claimed to represent Columbia Gas, company said he doesn’t work for them.

Petty Theft – 1100 Block of County Road 5, Kitts Hill, Saturday, dog lost in 2006 but never reported it, seen at apartment building.

Petty theft – 3700 block of State Route 141, Ironton Friday, prescription pills taken.

Dog complaint – 1100 block of County Road 1, South Point Sunday, dogs killed kitten.

Burglary – 300 Block of County Road 3, Chesapeake Thursday, house burglarized, several items taken.

Unruly child – Private Drive 52, South Point Sunday – teenager told parents he was staying at friend’s house but wasn’t there.

Criminal damaging – 800 block of County Road 411 Friday, student cutting holes in the back of the seat of school bus. Juvenile suspect named.

Petty theft – 200 block of County Road 410, South Point Friday, female suspect tried to steal items. Suspect named.

Petty theft/ juvenile offences – 200 block of County Road 410, South Point, Sunday, man concealed canned air in woman’s purse, exited store without paying. Juvenile arrested and taken to group home.

Possible Drunk Driver – State Route 93 Sunday – driver of Dodge Intrepid may be drunk, negative contact.

Vandalism — 400 block of Heplar Street Sunday, group of teenagers seen snooping around house.

Trouble – area of Jab Sunday, subjects refuse to leave peacefully, request walk through.

Drunk driver – Eighth and Park Sunday, caller said a customer left lot and headed toward downtown. Negative contact.

Vandalism – 1500 block of S. Fourth Street, Sunday, brick thrown at car.

Trouble — 1100 block of S. Fourth Street Sunday, man said his grandson won’t leave.

Vandalism – 2400 block of S. Ninth Street Sunday, tail light busted on car.

4-wheeler — Sunday, girl with small children on Center Street landing Sunday, negative contact.

Vandalism – 2500 block of S. Fourth Sunday, kids throwing firecrackers at passing cars.

Domestic – 2100 block of S. Eighth Street Sunday – caller says man tried to start a fight with her.
