Patricia Gail Lewis, 61 of Ironton, passed away Saturday, Sept. 25, 2010, at King’s Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, Ky. The Lawrence County native was born March 6, 1949, the daughter of the late John and Hazel Aldridge Stevens. She is survived by her husband, Dennis Lewis, whom she married Aug. 10, 1989.

Mrs. Lewis was a graduate of Rock Hill High School and attended Woodland Chapel Freewill Baptist Church. Mrs. Lewis was a home health aide for Hospice of Huntington for 12 years and she loved fishing and quilting.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by a daughter, Leann Butler; and three brothers, Jim Stevens, Benny Stevens and Daniel Stevens.

In addition to her husband she is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Melinda and Monty Walls of Ironton and Jamie and Michael Dillon of Camden; a son and daughter-in-law, Paul David Jr. and Lisa Butler of Ironton; three brothers, Carl Stevens, John Stevens and Clifford Eugene Stevens, all of Ironton; two sisters, Helen Schnitzius of New Paris and Ester Boles of Ironton; six grandchildren, Travis Dillon, Aaron Dillon, Joshua Butler, Brittany Easterling, Kristen Easterling and Donnie Easterling Jr.; and three great grandchildren, Payton Dillon, Colton Easterling and Braylon Easterling.

Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Phillips Funeral Home with Brother Dave Schug and Rev. Jesse Sizemore officiating. Burial will follow in Puckett Cemetery.
