The Ironton Chapter of Basketball Officials and The Ohio High School Athletic Association will conduct a basketball officiating class beginning Saturday at 10 a.m. in the Chesapeake Middle School.

All classroom sessions will be held on Saturday’s with live scrimmages held during the week.

The classroom portion will consist of rules and mechanics, video’s and lectures from veteran officials. With on court experience in the form of live scrimmages at various schools.

Fee is $125 payable at the first class and includes all fees and state testing. Once completed participants will be a licensed official in the state of Ohio.
