FLATWOODS, Ky. – Hazel Sizemore Virgin, 92, of Flatwoods died Wednesday, Oct. 13, 2010 at Community Hospice Care Center.

Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday Oct. 16, 2010, at Carman Funeral Home. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home. Burial will be in Bellefonte Memorial Gardens, Flatwoods, Ky. Donations can be made in her memory to Community Hospice Care Center, 2330 Pollard Road, Ashland, KY, 41101.
